Leadership Program
Colegio Bilingüe Yikanda

Shaping leaders who transform their world

The Leadership Program is where our students find their voice, lead real projects and leave a mark on their community. Here, leadership isn't studied — it's lived.

Our philosophy

One program, five pillars

We believe leadership is not a title — it's a way of serving. Every member of the program grows through action, reflection and teamwork.

★ Core pillar
🙏

Faith

The most important pillar: a close relationship with God. He guides every step we take, every decision we make and every life we touch.

🧭

Character

Integrity, empathy and responsibility behind every decision. A Yikanda leader knows themselves before guiding others.

🤝

Service

We lead to serve. Every project is born from a real need in our school community and its surroundings.

💡

Innovation

We think differently. We design creative solutions through project-based work, collaboration and a growth mindset.

🌎

Impact

We measure success by the mark we leave: projects executed, people reached and leaders inspired.

They left the school, not the mark

A tribute to the members who moved on from Yikanda but whose footprint still guides this program. These are the leaders who go out into the world to learn — and then come back to share it all with our community. Once a leader, always a leader.
